In 2016, 19-year-old Hunter Osborn from Red Mountain High School, Arizona, was charged with 69 counts of indecent exposure after exposing himself in a football team photo. The photo, which included 69 students and 10 staff members, was published in the school yearbook and football program before anyone noticed the incident.
Osborn reportedly did it as a dare from a teammate. Many students said they didn’t notice until adults pointed it out. A Change.org petition argued that the school should be held responsible, not Osborn.
The school recalled the yearbook to edit the photo, and after investigation, all charges were dropped since none of the students or staff pressed charges.
Neighbors expressed hope the incident wouldn’t ruin Osborn’s future. The school condemned the behavior and cooperated fully with authorities.
