President Trump Achieves Perfect Score on Cognitive Test, Declared ‘Fully Fit’ for Duty

In a recent health evaluation, President Donald Trump, aged 78, was declared in “excellent cognitive and physical health” by White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella. The assessment, conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, included a comprehensive physical examination and cognitive testing.

A highlight of the evaluation was Trump’s perfect score of 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a tool used to detect mild cognitive impairment and early stages of dementia. This result indicates no apparent cognitive deficits. Additionally, the President showed no signs of depression or anxiety.

The physical examination reported Trump’s height at 6 feet 3 inches and weight at 224 pounds, placing him in the overweight category. His blood pressure was recorded at 128/74 mmHg, and his resting heart rate at 62 beats per minute, both within healthy ranges. Cholesterol levels are well-controlled with medications, and other health markers, including cardiovascular and neurological assessments, were within normal limits.

Dr. Barbabella’s report also noted Trump’s active lifestyle, citing his participation in daily meetings, public events, and frequent golf games. The President’s medical history includes well-managed conditions such as high cholesterol and seasonal allergies. Past procedures, including cataract surgery and treatment for a benign colon polyp, were also documented.

This comprehensive health disclosure comes amid ongoing public interest in the health and fitness of national leaders, especially those of advanced age. The report aims to provide transparency regarding President Trump’s ability to fulfill his presidential duties.
